I would love the ability to enter the name and temperature for the parent accompanying the minor into the office.

added from chat support Notes Section added for patients: An area for notes on the patient's questions. Example if they answer yes --- Note: The patient was tested for COVID but tested negative..... no symptoms etc

We would like to have the option to download PDF of answers from the email notification like before

imported from email support We would like to be able to view all entries and answers in a spreadsheet or connect the results to a Google Sheet. It would be easier to see the master list of all patients for today all at once and not have to click on each individual patient to see what a certain answer to a certain question is.
