I agree! And also a way to send a photo back to the pt, for example, we see their elastic pattern needs to change and we can show them the new pattern ON their picture by marking on it OR the ability to upload from our computer a pic of the elastic pattern card.

We're looking into how we can best handle this with the current structure. We're fielding other's ideas and needs as well to make sure we don't overlook how best to make this work.

This is actually a bit more complicated than most might think. There are a few reasons for this: 1) Most people have already assigned their landline numbers to a textable service - once you do that, you can't integrate
two
services on the same line.2) We want to make sure that it doens't turn into a patient comms system. this is
not
designed for that (though we could build it), we want to make sure that we don't confuse offices and patients. Nonetheless, this is in the works!

CPG Manager: How about a limited number of back and forth questions? That way if I respond to a virtual checkup with an important follow up question they can respond and possibly resolve the issue before I have to pick up the phone.
